What's the value of Dynamic Sketching if you can pay for it? What about CGMA as a whole the other workshops/classes out there? I'm a beginner who's looking for a structured course for learning the most about the basics of drawing in the shortest amount of time. My plans to study in study in LA didn't work out due to issues with travel and living expenses, so I need online alternatives. I have around $3000 in savings I'm willing to spend on art education.

look into the foundation patreon, it's a few concept art guys who were taught at art center and I think some taught there, the teach these sort of sketching techniques along with design, rendering and some other stuff, I'ts much more affordable than cgma and you can get feedback.
check out some john park gumroads. i'm not sure if he added sketches yet but he taught me to do basically what you posted.
