There's no real reason to not finish it, even if it isn't looking as good as you want it to look.
You're still in the early stages and you can make corrections. The thing that stands out most to me is the left elbow.

for the person who asked what program I use I use manga studio, it really replicates that organic inking I love it. The watercolor tool I feel is also superior to photoshops pen pressure brushes.
