In the OP image why is there reflected light on the chin and neck on the left behind the core shadow? Where is the light coming from? I thought that that happened when light was bounding off the ground like in the attached pic.

Oh yea two light sources and walls would explain it. I guess it depends on how close it is to it. I see the highlight on the right arm so there must be a pretty powerful light source from somewhere.
I notice when I lift a little egg with a flattened bottom off of the surface the reflected light seems to disappear but I guess I'm just pulling it far enough away so there is no reflected light but in this pic you just can't see the wall.
