My back and ass are starting to really hurst despite taking several breaks.
Does /ic/ have a recommended set up? Chairs, desk, easels etc. Really want to avoid injuring myself now that I have a good streak going

Have you tried standing desks? I need to get myself one, but not for your reason. I can't work productively and hold still at the same time.
Standing desks are also supposed to alleviate all kinds of problems since human beings aren't meant to sit the way we normally do all day.

>What is an air traffic controller?
9+hrs a day sitting and communicating, though this is a pretty unfair comparison because their chairs can go to $1000+
Hamada uses this setup, he draws for 14hrs a day. Keep a stool for when your legs get tired

Might /diy/ myself up something like that, just a small one to put on my desk

not OP that's actually awesome, If I had the wooden stand for his table I could do that.
If your not doing 14 hours a day though you could probably get a way with working out and exercise. Just listen to you body and don't kill yourself , a recent video watts made where he says that someone wanted to go to his atelier and drew 13hrs a day and blew out both his wrists. Keep in mind I think he went from nothing to doing that , there are def professionals who pull out those hours but it's built from years of slowly increasing them.

Standing desks are the best. Just have an appropriate chair nearby or something so you can sit down now and then, because standing for too long can be just as bad as sitting for too long, you need variety.

>Google: 24-hours chair/ Executive chair.
>Clear your desk.
>Put fucking elbow on desk.
>Put shut back on desk.
>Adjust to match preferences.
You. Are. Welcome.

I am considering this option + some nice stool, is it actually good at bringing out productivity? I hear it gets distracting

>I hear it gets distracting
How so?
What about chisels or whatever those are called in English, generally those wooden things that stereotypically painters put their canvas on?

How do you blow out your wrists? How hard of an artist do you have to be?
