Looks very Flemish, but nowhere in Flanders or Northern France have mountains like that. I like it though. Try Bruges, or Ghent or Antwerp for less tourists, all are beautiful. Even Amsterdam is painfully beautiful in parts. Or Vieux Lille in Lille if you want Flemish architecture but French people.
