Every program that I try have several brushes, but mostly dont emulate pen just competently, most of the times is just a thin modified version of other brush.
Any recommendation?

Clip studio paint's pen tools with minor adjustments
manga studio is a hundred times better than both Photoshop and sai, no question. also better than krita.
manga studio/Clip studio paint is literally the best art software right now for line art and line quality. it's on the same level as photoshop in terms of painting too, but without all those gadgets and useless tools.
MyPaint, if we're talking about emulating traditional media. I'm surprised more people don't use it.
