Artists are concerned with aesthetics and that reflects itself in their writing i guess. Once had this asian girl in my friend circle who just had the cleanist, consistent, beautiful handwriting
Because they draw letters like compounds of lines and shapes not like symbols.

Also this a lot of teachers write in all caps as well
