I work exclusively in MS Paint

I'm probably hindering myself a great amount but every time I try to move to a 'better' program I just can't draw in them.

Hey that's pretty cool.
I can see what you mean with the more advanced programs. They can kinda intimidating and complicated that you can't just jump in and start making something. You have to make sure all the brushes are right etc.

I've noticed that MS Paint removes that block for me when it comes to making stupid simple shit like my paprikuh. I dunno, something about the simplicity helps.

If you have a tablet, literally any program with pressure sensitivity is already an upgrade. And you don't need to go fucking around with the "right brush." But if he doesn't have a tablet I can see why he uses paint.
