I would separate the teeth by adding detail only to the base of them, and add darker values to the sides to make it look more 3d

Where is the lightsource?
Right side of the forehead is light but the lower right jaw is darker than the left jaw?
The mouth is not a mouth-shaped outline that you just fill in with 2 colors. Dont be lazy, work out the shape with pic related.
Neck/collarbone area is even worse
If it wasnt for the face you would have no idea that it is part of a person.

Youre giving lots of mixed/false visual cues with your shading. The eyes are almost exactly the same but the jaw and forehead indicate light coming from an angle.
