yo senpai! what u need to do is make sure that your proportions are correct and that everything is integrated before u start details and painting. Right now it looks like a bunch of fragments that aren't a cohesive whole. there are various books out there that will teach u about these things and gesture i recommend starting off with a book by Andrew Loomis

Dont try to draw in big-eye manga-style before being able to draw realistic proportions.
And start with drawing on paper before you go onto fancy digital stuff.
You are not ready for that.
Your painting is all kinds of fucked up, especially the pose. Go look up totorials on basic anathomy/ buy a book and practice drawing body-shapes with pencil, also buy a sketchbook.

Use design doll. Take your time to create an accurate doll with average proportions. Then move that shit into the gesture you want, screenshot it, use as reference. It helps with basic proportions and shape, you just need to learn how muscles work in order to make said doll shine. Just dont trace over the screenshot because eventually you will depend too much on it and will become a toddler with crayons if you attempt something without your doll.
