I'm doing a comic about a brazilian super hero and my mom never really gets what the hell is happening in my pics and she's the only person who I can ask about aside from internet people (and noone on facebook or deviant art cares about my art)

It just doesn't look appealing, mainly because you break a lot of fundamental rules.
You have to learn the rules, before you break them.
Even if you would only fix the perspective, it would help so much.

Terrible compositions is your problem it seems.
It's not your only problem, but it's one of the worst
For one thing, you should decide what is the essential "thing" the panel is about, and put clear focus on that, and eliminate other things that aren't needed.
