Funny thing if you know what to do you only need 30-40 minutes a day at the gym for massive gains. Better health, better sex (actual sex btw) and the ability to sculpt your own body like a fucking classic statue or that sick anime.
Its literally /ic/ on your body. Instead of sculpting clay you sculpt muscle. Frankly I find astonishing how people into classical art, superheros and animu dont get themselves into the gym.
Pic related, you can achieve this easy to get lucifer mode gains in less than 1 year by just spending a single hour at the gym few times a week.
