Which tablet would /ic/ recommend?
Correct me if I'm wrong on this, but

If you have the money, get a Cintiq 22" HD or a competitor.
If you don't have the money, get an Intuos or competitor.
Don't waste money on a tablet for just drawing. It's functionality is very limited compared to a desktop/laptop PC.

Why were these ever invented? It's meaningless to learn coloring with them, nobody past puberty uses them. Might as well use color pencils.

He clearly meant "Get a cintiq 22HD to work with a desktop" rather than wasting money on a gimmick. Tablets are shit and shouldn't be used for painting. If you're just going to be drawing.... get a fucking pencil and sketchbook.
