What I'm looking for is basically

>script
>plugin
>external software

that lets me pick a photo or portion of a photo and creates a gradient map out of it thats usable in Photoshop. I basically want to skip the manual color picking and having to create the gradient map from ground up myself every time.

Do you guys knows of anything that does this?
