I have no idea what is going on in any of them or even know what you're trying to go for. They're all really terrible even for 1 minute sketches.
That being said I would say 1 or 3 depending on what you want, or even 2 if you want to just draw a face.

I wouldn't consider these as thumbnails since it's obvious he spent a fair bit of time on it, seeing how he did the linework and the finer details, also they're bigger than what a typical thumbnail would be.
