You clearly don't know how to paint at all so for finished stuff I suggest you use a simpler flat style while studying how to paint.
The drawing is alright and the anatomy isn't bad either. We know that velociraptors had actual wings though, not just fluff on the arms. The arms in general are broken, look at this correct skeletal for reference.
