If your country allows you to draw minors it meansthat everything is allowed, if you are not allowed
to draw minors drawing 17 year olds having sex is illegal,just because you don't like the fetish doesn't make it illegal.

Popularity in lolicon is definetly based in who does plot the best. Quizilax,Rustle and kawady are pretty average, but excell in characterization and atmosphere.
