Not really because everyone's body is unique. You have to learn and understand how a general average body looks so you can change it to your liking later on.
Starve yourself to near death then slowly regain your vitality; meticulously document all daily growth by paying attention to each developing muscle in as many different dimensions as your tired brain can imagine to perceive.
