I love what Aristotle has to say here... "Art completes what nature cannot elaborate." This is especially true with respect to art as a language,

"Art has no regard to the individual case."
This was particularly true in Greek drama, which contained plots which could equally have applied to anyone. Their drama, as Spengler says, was a depiction of someone simply "falling into destiny", while a modern character would attempt some form of "directional biography".
Anyway, that quote is just a great classical vindication of every kind of systematic, artistic Movement.
