Look at your art, look at every single flaw. If you think it's perfect, and nothing needs to be improved or hell, maybe you just think it's "good enough" then you'll never improve. As long as you can see all the flaws, and adjust your drawings accordingly, you're in the clear for making great strides in art. Well, that and practice.
