I'm really fucking annoyed with drawing from the shoulder. I'm fat as fuck so keeping my arm in the air is exhausting, but I also have both carpal and cubital tunnel syndrome so it starts to strain me after a short while.

What even do?

dont take the drawing from the shoulder thing too literally; draw from the shoulder if you're drawing vertically or drawing large shapes. There's nothing wrong with switching to your forearm or wrist now and then
