A still life is the easiest subject to acquire to paint from life. If you don't have fancy flowers and don't want to buy some, just throw some random shit you got lying around together and paint that.

Actually if you go to your local florist (not any kind of chain one mind you), you can ask if you could have some of their discarded flowers/clippings.
I would recommend trying to set up your own still life set ups. This way you can practice creating your own compositions and manipulating the lighting.

a tip for the future: block out the shapes first each on a different layer, then lock the layer so you can shade without crossing the boundaries. this way you can get crisper edges.

Here's a japanese street fashion website I stumbled across. It loads slowly and is entirely in japanese but seems to have a lot of good content as well as close-ups and multiple angles/coat off sometimes.
