/ic/ is just jealous as always that their supposedly superior anatomical and perspective skills and knowledge doesn't make them any money. You know you've done a good job if somebody is willing to pay for your work.

it's an ok start. just pay more attention. you're symbol drawing. look at the nose. look at the lips. they're all wrong, pay attention to the lines, how they relate to each other. pay attention to the distances between features, what lines up on horizontal or vertical axes (plumb line), negative space, etc.
