Found two pictures with a similar palette in these videos but they're photographs, so still not quite I'm looking for. I'm highly positive I found it on something that's synthwave related though. Maybe these can give you guys some pointers.

The anon who created the original pic was kind enough to give me the one he blended with the "hired gun scene" one
Looks like it was done by a Russian constructivist woman from what I was able to research
