Fine...
It would be wiser to use actual voice acting, as robot stuff comes off as emotionless, irritating and lacking effort. it also probably makes it rather difficult for you to animate to, since it's not a vary natural speech pattern.
Speaking is not synced with mouth movements. Which again comes off as lazy or rushed production. You may have intended this as some sort of gag... but if so, that gag is long past it's prime, and arguably ineffective in stop motion (never use a gag that or gimmick that is too easily misunderstood as a mistake or lack of skill).
Not enough moment of subjects. Most of your movement is panning the camera and zooming in and out.
Neither animation adds to the dialogue. You're not giving us any more information by having two skeletons sitting in front of a briefcase or looking at each other than what is conveyed in the dialogue. Visually it should tell a story or convey an emotion, otherwise why am I watching it?
(are you pulling this dialogue from somewhere?)
and yes, more frames.

No I wrote the dialogue myself, it was originally meant to be a comic. But thanks senpai will take all of that into consideration

The briefcase is meant to be a tv, With the skeletons talking about what they're watching
