If you are attemptingt pixel art, you need to draw with a 1 pixel brush. Several of your lines vary in thickness in a very unpleasing way.

Then clean up your lines.

See the problem there is you're not resizing by multiples (x2, x3, ect.). Always scale pixel art by multiplying or you'll get that weird thickness effect
