there is no going rate for garbo level art. you'll find prices from 0$-1000$ and within that entire spectrum artists who are good and artists who are shit. the combination of skill/rate is completely random and nonlinear, when talking about these garbo gigs.

you could probably find someone on tumblr who'll do it from 25-50. /ic/ isn't a great place to commission. Maybe check the self promotion thread and see if you can find any artists you like and ask if they do commissions.
