This might be slightly off topic, but are there any manga that feature traditionally masculine men? Not roided up caricatures, not pretty boys and not spiky haired faggots, but just good old fashioned masculine men? They seem to be incredibly rare, and I really miss them as protagonists.
Guts is one of few that come to mind, given the semi-realistic style.

Sorry kitano ken is the only guy ,apart from Guts, I can think of off the top of my head, and he still falls into spiky haired faggots. Realistic muscle on realistic looking protagonists just isn't apart of alot of mangaka's art styles nowadays.

mm, there might be grappler baki, but its art is pretty eccentric, still a very very fun read.
there's also Karate Shoukoushi Kohinata Minoru, the art is great, muscles are sometimes a bit too highlighted, but it's a fun read too. pic related.

I'm a weeb artist and while I draw the women in a relatively generic style, I try to make the men look a bit more realistic or masculine compared to the norm. I'm just sick of seeing effeminate and spiky haired teenagers as the male protagonists. In the rare case that adults or masculine characters show up, they're usually a secondary character or a sidekick.
