You have two rounds (or one round and a filbert I can't see them well) and two flats.
Those paints are complete trash but if it's all you can afford ok. Save up for some proper artist grade paints.

top 2 are round brushes, they are very nice for fine detailing whereas the last 2 are flat brush which are good for broad strokes.

hm well it looks like you've got a round brush, a bigger round brush, a flat brush and a smaller flat brush.
as for the purpose of the brushes, my guess would be that they are used to apply paint to a surface.
