Professional Artist here. You're digital stuff is pretty good. If you want to get hired doing anything with traditional mediums you need to push the realism. Work on getting more confident with your lines too. This comes from doing lots of figure studies and getting really comfortable with the human anatomy.
Your traditional work is complete unadulterated trash, however your graphic design, particularly that car bit, is decently competent.

come on dude, you have nice creative drawing, and that is always a good thing, but you need to improve a lot to even be decent.
Do "boring" work, gesture drawing, studies, hell even tracing is sometimes good training.
/ic/ is a good community, post on beginner thread, don't lose focus.
