sorry its going to be mostly negative but try the point i give you and watch the video from the link.

Well, first of all add thicker coats of paint on some places it looks really blotty and transparent, and on some you can even see the white canvas.

your whites look like toothpaste stains. either get better paint or apply white more thickly.

it looks really flat, make the distinction between light and dark more visible. (make light lighter and dark darker).

try toning the canvas before you paint, makes quiet a difference. (search it on google/youtube if you wanna know how to do it)

try adding darkest and the lightest points on your canvas first and then add all the rest

be more careful with your brushwork, some places you went out of the "lines" and other parts look rushed. take your time.

the metal temple thing looks nice third pic looks nice I guess.
