Mate, don't add lines when you already have painted shade. Those work better in black and white to establish lightning, like in this: http://kdog5611.deviantart.com/art/a-colorless-version-if-thats-your-thing-583256800
I'll be honest and say it's boring cus of no dynamic in the image. Flat too.
Study up anatomy through Loomis or Proko (on YouTube), and learn to draw proper breasts. They look like fucking ballon compressed together.
