Flash Discussion/ Help thread.

So I recently purchased a wacom intuos tablet, and it's my first purchase. I'm using flash and I keep trying to assign F5 to the quick key. Everywhere I search, it says F5 will add a new frame, but I can't get it to work, it just opens up a new window each time I use it. Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong?

I didn't make this thread just for help, I wanted to start a discussion on flash, or alternative animation software, or any tips or just stuff that relates in general.

F5 extends the length of a frame, f6 adds a new frame.

You might have to copy the set of keys first. Normally you can't change the default key set in flash. Just click that button to copy the current set, and then you should be able to adjust them.
