Simply operate under a pseudonym. It's been working for me so far. Just be careful not to have any connections to your rl information whatsoever. Don't put your real name on invoices and be careful not to give out TOO specific information and bam. I draw porn, so I don't want this coming back to me at all. I'm so paranoid, people aren't sure if im male or female-- which suits me just fine.

Ideally, you'll only attract weirdos if you're popular, a grill, or a porn artist, but it just seems like an occupational hazard if you're promoting yourself via social media at all.

The most you can do is stick to posting your art and obviously limiting the kind of information you include in your blog posts.
