Not sure if you are trolling or are the actual person in charge, but this type of thing happens with all books, videos etc. There's no way to really stop it. Not to say it is good or excusable, but it's somewhat inevitable.
On the positive side though it provides a greater interest in the artist's work, brings his art to people who can't afford the books (so wouldn't have bought it in the first place), and lets people who were on the fence about buying it see what it is like and perhaps encourage them to actually buy the physical copy.
