The first time I ever drew porn was to get off to it, and it was just so much better than getting off to other stuff, even though I wasn't all that good at drawing back then, but I could tailor it to what I wanted. I've definitely gotten off to my own drawings, even those old as shit ones way more than anything by anyone else. I still draw it for myself but I discovered I really like sharing it, and it happens that what I'm into doesn't get a whole lot of new art so people have been really receptive, and having people to share it with just adds a whole new layer of enjoyment for me. All around it's been great, but it'll never be everything for me, I still have sfw stuff I just have to draw too.
It's the next logical step to a gestural 2-figure drawing. I mean, you could draw two men wrestling, but that's gay and close to porn anyway.
