Your retention from your ref'd studies is staggeringly low. Try doing more gestures/warmups/figures from memory, only resort to ref if you really need it. You can't do that many studies without gaining the knowledge to fix the awkward posing and geometry in that picture, we all know you have it in you. Just gotta find it man.

I'm surprised you find it that bad, not saying I'm proud of it but take into consideration some facts:
-It's entirely from imagination, it seems that you're implying I'm referencing it
-The majority of my studies are faces and hands (huge mistake), also besides 2 irl chibi figures I've not really studied stylized chartacters
Looking at it I just noticed that I seriously misplaced the right arm, there are probably some details that don't track to the VPs, I suppose that's what you mean by odd geometry?

You're right, sorry for misinterpreting the message in that part.
As for the difference, you should be aware that you're comparing a finished study which is something that took several hours along with a reference vs a made up sketch.
Even in the case of studies most of them looked horrid at the beginning, Anyway, I think a more proper comparison would be a finished study:

The sketch I just posted is no where near a state of completion and to be frank I don't even know if I will finish it.
You may argue that I'm slow af and that there are things that should be correct at very early stages and I will agree with that, I'm working on fixing this issue.

Other anon had me pegged right though, in no way do I think that your drawing is bad, but to point out the good parts seems pretty meaningless because you're a good artist
It's just you've shown that you're a good artist - you've shown it and (to the dismay of many anons worse than you) you continue to show it every time you post. The pose is awkward, the legs are each on independent cycles of walking, the style you chose for the face would be attractive but it clashes with the geometry of the head. The 'realistic' way you show the planes of the face clashes with your style and it looks uncanny. The far arm is lazy and the pose rhythm feels broken.
That said I like your design choices, the hair is attractive and reads nicely and the cowbell is a nice touch. The shape you give the legs and the shown wrist is very nice and, heck, she is a cute princess.
But you can do better man! Drawing from imagination is not completely unlike drawing from reference, recall all the references you've studied from when you draw and emulate that skill. The point of studies is to bring your imagination work on par with your study work.

I feel like that studies have taught me more in regards to rendering and finishing stuff than anything else, I'm starting to get more serious about figure drawing and quickly drafting stuff so I hope the current issues are less notorious on the next pieces.

Try to widen the value range. Redraw this in greyscale staring almost from black to white. Don't use more than 4-5 values.
Work on a background other than white because it fucks over your perception of contrast, maybe set up a light source. It can help.

I tried to keep the proportions pretty close to yours. Keep an eye on your arm and leg lengths though. Make sure they're the same length. Draw through the body to remind yourself how the limbs work behind the body/clothes/etc... I googled quidditch and kikis delivery service to see how they typically ride on a broom. With the broom tilted that vertically, she'd fall off. She would also be leaning way more forward, but I just stuck with dealing with the proportions, not changing the pose altogether. This should help.
