How do I make hands look more realistic?
Pic related. My drawing. I'm an amateur and I've never gone to art class beyond highschool. I know it's terrible so I need all the pointers I can get.
There ain't no shortcut to drawing good hands except practice drawing hands.

look at the anatomy, bones first, then muscles. Practice drawing through to understand thickness, your lines are making it look flat.
Practice line weight as well. :)
