If you're on Linux, download ffmpeg like any other package.
If not, go here, I guess: https://ffmpeg.zeranoe.com/builds/

Find the m3u8 URL on the video page on the RT site. I assume you already know how to do that, but if not: press F12, press Ctrl+F in the HTML file, type in "m3u8", copy that whole url.

Run the ffmpeg command, here's the example for a short video:
ffmpeg -i "http://wpc.1765A.taucdn.net/801765A/video/uploads/videos/6b796e71-8c58-4cfb-aa15-bb92d32a07bf/index.m3u8" -c copy DumbSong.ts
Basically change the URL and the file name to what you want.
"-c copy" means that ffmpeg won't try to change the encoding. It absolutely can, it's a really powerful program, but that's beyond this three step tutorial.
ffmpeg will probably shout some stuff at you during the process, but unless it crashes you should be all good. If it's getting annoying, just add the "-loglevel 8" parameter and it will only print errors.
