They're pretty but they seem not so expert. There's a lot of shapes that don't come out as striking as they seem intended, like the air-balloons-and-reflections. The geometry should have been striking, but now it's mostly noisy.
The colors is the OP are awesome. The vague-to-concrete is very pretty. The bench is totally out of style and out of place. That kind of stuff.

Afremov's more simple landscapes are much more appealing than those with a focus. You're right in that they seem very noisy. The Louis Armstrong one would be improved if it were a complete image.
