Personally it doesn't bother me but it does create a legal problem in that if you identify as a woman but you've got a penis, you're still legally a man.
I can identify as a zebra. That doesn't mean they can let me in a zoo exhibit.
But there are distinct biological differences between men and women that play into genders and gender roles. They can be overcome but they do naturally exist. They are reinforced by society rather than created by.

I agree with that. Testosterone/estrogen etc makes being a man a lot easier if you have a dick. That said I don't know nearly enough about psychology to judge if trannies are "really" a woman or just have a mental condition.
