There are multiple French Revolutions, so I'd say no.

the French Revolution of 1789 wasn't the same as the French Revolution of 1792, for instance. 1789 was about establishing a constitutional monarchy based on equality, and 1792 was about overthrowing the monarchy for a republic.

The french revolution ended when the fifth republic was created. Why ? Because everybody agreed that it was a good republic. [everybody who matters, which means not the middle class]
