so I (germanfag) just found this atlas from 1939 an thought I'd share it's contents with you.
I'll dump some general maps, you can tell me other maps/ parts of the world you'd like to see up close and I'll post em

Bought it at a thrift shop for 3 €.
That place is a gold mine, other gems I found there include another atlas from the 1920s and a book from 1895 describing a voyage to Japan and China

I've got an atlas from the late 20s/early 30s as well that features not only maps of the german colonies, but even goes as far as marking the 1914 borders with fitted lines on the Germany maps

It's not, it's supposed to be part of the Reichsgau Danzig-Westpreußen.
The color is used for all of Prussia, the only reason it's colored in while the other parts of the gau aren't is because it was annexed (one day) prior to Polands division

A really rough translation, though correct (I assume).
