Mindless idealism about creating a Europe that would have no war in the future.

As it stands now, the EU and Schengen is more likely to cause another war than to stop one.

"Globalism" of the rights-of-man variety.
By shutting down regional tendencies in European states, bureaucrats went full retard not acknowledging the European Union was made for white free men. Instead we got non elected nanny state with subversive tendencies like the passion for regulating things and importing muhammadans.

I don't really know but it's probably the fault of that perfidious Albion, as usual.

No external border control.

Honestly how did they think this could work if any old random pleb could just walk into Hungary?

It's like if the anti-federalist position had been given no heed whatsoever during the early days of the US. Fucked up, I mean.

They can't you retard, they were all catched right at the border then they proceeded to press their asylum claims.

Since the fence is in place number of arrivals dropped to 0-6.

>Since the fence is in place number of arrivals dropped to 0-6.
Hungary is not the only entry point. Schengen was a good idea, not giving a shit about external border control was beyond retarded.

>They can't you retard
Yeah they can't now. Too late after millions of people already abused the system.

the problem is uncontrolled mass movements of people inbetween many different countries.

Countries in dark blue should have full ease of access (and also be the only EU members due to economic reasons and stuff), but it should be restricted for every other country.

However it should be made a little bit easier for light blue countries to gain access to dark blue countries, though this really ought to be controlled to a degree.

(russia is red because I used this for something else, ignore it)

Britlard detected. Why would you think free circulation of EU citizens inside the union is bad?

Not Hungary's fault Merkel gave them a free pass.

It literally is their fault since they couldn't control their borders.

From a logical standpoint (not him) it gets your authorities used to people crossing the border so they might have been a bit more lenient in checking passports and whatnot at the beginning of this whole ordeal.
I also say that it gives criminals more freedom in where they would like to run.

There's no land border control between Schengen countries. They only closed the borders recently because of the migrant crisis but before you could cross from one country to another without being stopped.

>I also say that it gives criminals more freedom in where they would like to run.
This is a valid point to make against Schengen. The problem is, with Schengen came the PJCC or Police and Judicial Co-operation in Criminal Matters, that's what's been failing. If anything, instead of scrapping Schengen, they have to work on fixing institutional problems, which is what they're trying to do right now. It will take some time after decades of inaction.

>The goals they proclaim today are fantastic: the creation of a new Europe. This Europe will be a just place, and the general equality will make arms unnecessary, so we can all disarm. This disarmament is supposed to kick start a period of economic blossoming, trade and movement should commence, especially trade, much trade, free trade! ..At that time, an equality that would make arms unnecessary in the future was promised. Thence issued the program of disarmament of everyone. And to make this disarmament especially manifest, it was supposed to be crowned by a union of all disarmed states, which had decided that, in the future, all differences (at least no one doubted there would still be differences) between them should be, well, as it is the custom among democracies, be talked to pieces in open discussions...
>We are experiencing now what happened then: the old states were dissolved without even asking their peoples' opinion. Not in one single case was the nation asked if it agreed with the measures that others would put into place in them. Old, almost historical bodies were dissolved - not just states, but also economic bodies. One could not imagine something better in their stead, since what is created over a period of several centuries is probably better than anything else; it was definitely impossible for those people that view all of European history with the greatest arrogance to create something better. So it passed that, without taking into account a nation's right to self-determination, Europe was hacked up, Europe was torn open, large states were dissolved, nations had their rights taken away. This was done by first making them helpless, then categorizing them in a manner that predetermined who the winners and the losers would be.

Ironic how Europeans today are saying what Hitler said decades ago....Hitler was an evil man, but damn did he hit the nail this one time

Holy shit how thick can you be, the borders are controlled since a refugee cant get through unchecked, they all got catched within few kilometres at most, nowadays right at the broder due to fence and all.

But since Hungary is signatory to dublin and bunch of EU shit the migrants can file asylum claims. Then on paper they rare to be shipped to migrant camps but obviously those weren't sized for these flood so most were supposed to spend time soemwhere until the asylum process ended (which had like 97-99% rejection rates).

But then mutty said ok just come here and they went - and there are no internal borders.

Nothing, as Americans all you hear is British propaganda

Brits are just assmad badass because they don't know how to work as a team or what a union is, they think they deserve exceptions from every policy they don't like, and are currently throwing a hissy fit threatening to leave (they won't)
>>
Fourth Reich's the charm.

So first class and second-class citizens?
Why not create separate unions then? People will eventually get mad and crash the party.
