There were many rebellions, but the Qing had also loyal Han supporters. To not forget the Qing Dynasty created a stable state, and under Kangxi, the peasants weren't even taxed.
Anti-Manchu sentiment became a problem after the Opium war, because Qing's ANTI FOREIGN propaganda backfired so hard. I think you can see the problem with this kind of propaganda when the ruler themselves are foreign.
The only reason the 1911 rebellion was successful was because of Yuan Shikai, he could have put down the rebellion, but he decided to join them after they offered him presidency.

I know I have some Mongol ancestry way back from the Yuan and even an ancestor in the Eight Banner Army (idk which one). I know that area wasn't ruled directly by Chinese for hundreds of years before the Yuan and Ming
