Know when to quit. Settle for something like the Sudetenland, Danzig, and Alsace-Lorraine, establish new and genuinely independent governments with troop restrictions in conquered territory. Offer a peace Britain can accept and peace out.
Problem was that Nazi ideology wasn't about revising Versailles, but about genociding/enslaving eastern europe and dominating western europe. No one else would accept that, so they got dragged into unwinnable war after war.

Our biggest problem, at least the one we personally made, was that we attacked russia in winter without being suited for it in any way. Our gear was literally made to look good, not to be functioning well

If they had retreated before they got trapped and froze to death in the fucking droves, germany would still have a sizable army and be able to respond better to attacks that would happen further into the war

This pretty much. I do wonder if Hitler would have been able to make peace with Britain after the Battle of France if he'd asked to restore Germany's pre-WW1 borders or something rather than trying to annex everything.
Outside of that, if he wanted to achieve his historical goals, realistically nothing. He tried starving and bombing the UK out of the war but that didn't work. An invasion of Britain was unrealistic because of the strength of the Royal Navy and Air Force. Invading Russia seems like a mistake but the USSR would have almost certainly declared war on him later if he didn't invade. Declaring war on the USA seems like a non-issue to me since US involvement in the war in Europe was fairly insignificant compared to the UK until Operation Overlord, by which time the war was already lost for Hitler. There are potentially different decisions which could have been made in the eastern front such as not leaving the entire 6th army to surrender in Stalingrad, but I personally feel like the war was already lost when the German armed forced failed to reach Moscow by winter 1941, since a war of attrition in Russia against the Red Army doesn't seem like something any country could ever hope to win.
Hitler let the allies evacuate during Dunkirk battle. He could have humiliated the British there, but he still believed in an English peace and he simply was insecure about the situation.

Realistically speaking, war with the USSR and the Third Reich was inevitable. Both only signed the pact of steel to buy themselves time whilst they prepared to take out the other. This is correct. America was pseudo Allied with Britain before 1941, and after Pearl Harbor it was inevitable that USA would end up at war with all the Axis powers.
