When it gets into biology, I'd probably only detail down to the basics of molecular biology, like how cell membranes and protein synthesis and genetics work, in a general sense. Everything would build directly on previous sections, with frequent footnotes showing exactly which principles a concept is derived from. After the groundwork is established, the next section would show some of the more vital applications of this knowledge, like metallurgy and plastics and the like. Then, some very generalized blueprints for important systems and processes like steam ships, paper making, internal combustion engines, oil refinement, solar power, etc. Then of course a full map of the world in extreme detail, with notes on locations where certain vital resources can be easily obtained, and the different crops and animals to be found on their respective continents. Lastly, an incredibly stern warning to be responsible with their resource usage, and a strong urging to prioritize space exploration.
Essentially, a cumulative summary of modern knowledge, in a format that's as easy as possible to digest. Also it would be inscribed on six-foot tall rectangular plates of a very durable and corrosion-resistant alloy. On a smaller plate I'd include blueprints for a temple to house the plates on public display, and a suggestion to make as many wax rubbing copies of the tablets as possible.
The "book" would be nicely packaged on pallets and deposited in Emperor Trajan's palace.
