When did mankind start Anthropogenic Global Warming on a mass basis? I'd say the 1800s Industrial Revolution.

You would be correct in that assertion.
>>
>>37357
This isn't history related.
>>37988
This is not an excuse at all. It's like saying you can start a topic about the Big Bang by saying it happened 14 million years ago and thus is a part of history, to make an extreme example.

Pretty much, according to ice cores

Fun, but unrelated fact about ice cores: You can see a giant spike in lead content when leaded gasoline hit its peak followed by a quick drop in lead.
You know where else there's a lead peak (though not NEARLY as drastic)?
Roman times, when they were smelting lead for pipes

History is the disciplinary study of the documentary records of the past.

in the 1970s people were saying that global cooling was happening. there may be climate change but it is hubris to say that man is causing it.

It's hubris to go against scientific consensus when you probably barely even graduated high school and are oh so "smart but don't achieve because you're lazy".

This argument is fucking retarded

Never before in Earth's history has this much carbon been released into the atmosphere this quickly.
The fastest previous carbon release took place over several thousand years, not several hundred.
The Earth simply can't release carbon that fast, it's absolutely our fault.

iirc, the lead spike also had a lot to do with silver mining and refining when they conquered Spain.
>>

The current round, which is getting out of control, yes. But I recall Mongol conquests killing enough people to cool the climate.
