My history teacher in high school said that the CIA introduced drug culture to alienate young people. From 0 to 10, how true is this?
Also, do we have any accounts of a government deliberately trying to make people stupid? Not like a socialist country imposing values of communism on it's people, that's sort of a assimilation to the government's values. I mean like a government literally trying to make people stupid because it's better that way.
