If there were no roman jewish wars could Judaism have become the official Roman religion?
Also, how many jews were living in the roman empire right before the roman jewish wars and how many non jewish?
How do you think the roman empire would have been different If It became jewish and not Christian? but remember, Judiams was very different back then.

Actually, they did. Only that the proselyting sects went extinct and we are left with those close-knit ones, descending from the Pharisees. Some Romans (especially women) did convert or were at least interested in Judaism.

The reason why Judaism never really caught on is that Romans and other Indoeuropean peoples saw many Jewish customs (especially circumcision) as repugnant an demeaning for a real man. Christianity was able to gain more ground precisely because Paul was able to force the abandonment of the Jewish laws.
